Customers can place an order online at store.jennycraig.com.au, select Delivery at checkout and, if the order is placed before 12pm Mondays through to Thursdays, have the order delivered to their door that day. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 hours.
When your order is received, your nearest Jenny Craig Centre is notified and will pack your order. Your DoorDash delivery driver will then pick up the order from the Centre and deliver it straight to your door.
DoorDash Same Day Delivery is available from selected Jenny Craig Centres only, to a maximum of a 15km radius from your nearest Centre. On some occasions, the delivery will, due to various reasons and/or factors outside of Jenny Craig and Doordash’s control, fall outside of the estimated 2-hour window.
