What time can I collect my order?

When placing your order, you can select from a range of pick-up time slots at your nominated Jenny Craig centre in which to collect your order.

Orders can be collected on Mondays to Thursdays, during allocated hours depending on centre trading hours.

Same day pick-up is available Mondays to Thursdays on orders placed before 12pm. If a public holiday falls on any of those days, then your collection will be moved to the next available day.
