The Rapid Results program follows a 12-hour clock, breaking your day up into two parts, the Rejuvenation period and the Nourishment period. During the 12-hour Rejuvenation period, where you would typically be resting, your body is able to get the rest it needs to prepare for the next day. In the 12-hour Nourishment period you will follow your Jenny Craig menu plan and enjoy the meals, snacks and grocery items on your menu.
Our Consultants can help you with tips and strategies to stick to your Rapid Results routine. To help you keep on track, simply record your start and stop times each day. Follow your menu plan in the order it specifies and enjoy the full range of delicious Jenny Craig meals and snacks. Don’t worry, you still get to eat 6 times a day and you won’t skip any meals.
